1. What materials are used for the dishes?
Our tableware sets mainly consist of Ceramics, such as high-quality stoneware. These materials are known for their durability, resistance and aesthetic beauty.
2. Are the tableware sets dishwasher safe?
Yes, our dinnerware sets are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing particularly delicate pieces to prolong their lifespan.
3. Can the dishes be used in the microwave?
Yes, our stoneware and ceramic dishes are microwave safe. Please ensure that there are no metal decorations as these are not microwave safe.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Shipping costs within Germany are free. For the rest of Europe we charge €2.99. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. In Germany you can expect your order after 2-4 working days. Outside of Germany approx. 3-7 working days.
5. Can I change or cancel my order later?
We always try to ship as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form or by email to info@toepferkunst.com. If we receive your message before the goods have been shipped, we can make changes and cancellations.
6. What if my dinnerware set arrives damaged?
If your dishes arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will offer you a solution as soon as possible, be it a replacement or a refund.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online.
8. Do you offer personalized or customized dinnerware sets?
We do not currently offer personalized or customized tableware sets. However, we welcome your suggestions and are continually working to expand our range.

10. Are there discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders above a certain quantity. Please contact our customer service for more information and a personalized quote.
