Children and young people under the age of 14 are not allowed to take part in competitions!
Depending on the type of competition, other conditions may apply in addition to these general conditions. These conditions are explained directly in the competition; in the event of a conflict, they take precedence over these general terms and conditions. Violation of the general conditions or those specifically explained in the competition, the influencing of equal opportunities through technical manipulation, the transmission of incorrect personal information or a comparably serious violation may result in subsequent exclusion from participation in the competition. Therefore, please respect all conditions to avoid such a case.
The winner of the competition will be marked in the comments below the post and is obliged to send a direct message to @toepferkunst within 3 days to redeem the prize. Participation in the competition expressly consents to this procedure. The address data provided by the participants will only be used for the competition and will not be passed on to third parties. Only persons residing in Germany are eligible to participate. A claim to the prize cannot be raised if the winner does not respond within 72 hours of being notified of the prize. In this special case, the winner will be drawn again. We will announce the winner by marking the name under the competition. It is possible to give a hint against this procedure when participating in the competition and thus to lodge an objection.
Cash payments or a payment in other material assets of the prizes is not possible. Exchanges are also excluded. The prizes won in the competition are also non-transferrable. Participation is free and does not oblige you to anything.
The legal process is excluded. All prizes are provided to us free of charge and cannot be paid out in cash. Töpferkunst employees are excluded from participating in sweepstakes. If prices are made available by an external company, the same applies to their employees.
